Hey, I'm Souvik — an Automation QA Engineer at IBM Consulting with 3+ years of experience building enterprise-grade test automation frameworks from the ground up. I thrive at the intersection of quality engineering and software development.

I've worked on large-scale engagements for Johnson & Johnson (Salesforce Health Cloud) and AT&T (Spring Boot microservices), leading framework migrations, CI/CD pipelines, and helping teams ship with confidence.

Led migration of UI automation from Selenium to Playwright — improving speed, stability, and maintainability.
Automated 250+ end-to-end test cases covering Salesforce Experience Cloud and Health Cloud workflows.
Reduced regression execution time by ~60% via framework optimisation, reusable components, and parallel execution.
